Dr. Haggstrom is a cancer health services researcher interested in the measurement and improvement of the quality of health care delivery across the cancer continuum. In addition to implementation science, Dr. Haggstrom has a special interest in medical informatics, including personal health records and health information exchange. Dr. Haggstrom has assessed the quality of cancer treatment and surveillance using large datasets, including VA, electronic health records, claims, and state cancer registry data.

Dr. Jones area of expertise is Nursing Informatics, more specifically tasks analysis and conceptual design of information systems for health care providers and consumers as well. Her long range goals and intentions are to develop a program of research on “tell and ask” functional interfaces”.

Layla Baker, MBChB, MPH, CCRP

Ms. Baker is a research manager in Regenstrief Institute. She comes from years of experience in working on variety of medical studies that covered Vaccination, Medication Reconciliation, Atrial Fibrillation, Atypical Femur Fractures and Metastatic Melanoma. She earned her Medical Degree from Baghdad University, School of Medicine, her Master in Public Health majoring in Behavioral Health Science from Indiana University-Purdue University in Indianapolis and she became Certified Clinical Research Professional from The Society of Clinical Research Associates.
